Joint Venture with Equity Owner
As an existing property owner, we can help you structure your current investment(s) to help you maximise your opportunities. We assign a Finance Consultant to work with you. Thereafter, like that of an investor, with your equity from your property, you can get involved in our development projects. ( Redman Property projects include property development, short term and long term property investment, call option deal, DA uplift project, land subdivision project, vendor financing deal, renovation project.)
The following are examples of projects we work on
- Developments: Get involved as partner, share a percentage of the profit or choose a fixed interest return for your investment;
- DA uplifts: We identify a site with development potential. We organise the initial assessment with a town planner, examine the site, organise council applications. When the land value increases, as an investor, you will share the profits as partner;
- Subdivisions: Similar to a DA uplift project, we get the land, after the development application approval, we sell the subdivided lots to share profit with our investor as partner;
- Renovations: We can take a property located in a valued area and have our team which includes strategists, architects, interior designers and builders renovate, it to increase its value and sell at a higher price.
