The following are examples of projects we work on

• Developments: Get involved as partner, share a percentage of the profit or choose a fixed interest return for your investment;
• DA uplifts: We identify sites with development potential. We organise the  initial assessment with a town planner, examine the site, organise  council applications. When the land value increases, as an investor, you will share the profits as partner;
• Subdivisions: Similar to a DA uplift project, we get the land after the development application approval and sell the subdivided lots. We will share profit with our investor as partner;
• Renovations: We can take a property located in a valued area and have our team which includes strategists, architects, interior designers and builders  renovate, it to increase its value and sell at a  higher price.
